Terms and Conditions

1.  EMI reserves the right to adjust price and availability at any time.  We will always do our best to provide parts purchased through the online store. However, industry price fluctuation and demand may affect our ability to provide product in a timely and economic manner.

2.  All equipment carries a 30 day warranty unless otherwise stated in writing.  Additional warranties are available for a nominal fee.

3.  All returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA).  Please contact your sales representative for return instructions. RMA requests must be received with in the 30 day warranty period.

• All RMA's must be returned within 15 days or be subject to cancellation.
• Returns received without an RMA are subject to return at recipients expense.
• All good part returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Returns must be shipped UPS Ground only.  Any returns sent via other carrier or expedited services and billed to our account will be rejected.

4.  Invoices over 60 days past due are subject to a 2% finance charge.  Any invoice past 90 days will be sent for collections.  All expenses incurred by EMI to collect any amount will be the responsibility of the customer.

5.  EMI does not pay handling, packaging and/or credit card fees.  Any fees must be communicated at time of quotation and may not be added without prior consent in writing.  We reserve the right to contest any charges added to an invoice which was not included on our purchase order.
